Biography
The author is in private practice concentrating on personal injury litigation. He has authored articles and papers regarding internet research, products liability and personal injury law issues and has been an invited speaker at seminars sponsored by the Belli Society, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and other state and local bar associations.
John Philo is past president of the Michigan Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, a former Executive Board Member of the Detroit Trial Lawyers Association, a former Board Member of the Justice Caucus and is an active member of trial lawyer associations dedicated to protecting a person's right to health and safety.
